this morning i woke up a little bit after seven and took a shower.
i had my ma'i and raena told me that we had practice but we're gonna
swim at sand island so i decided to use a tampon.
when i put it in and put my leg down, it hurt..
i couldnt walk comfortably. every step that i took hurt like a bitch!
when i got into my rooom, i looked in the mirror and i started
to feeel dizzy. i almost fainted. this happpened to me before,
but that was when i got a blood test and i was dehydrated.
i went to the kitchen and got something to drink since there wasnt anything to eat.
then i went to my rooom and layed down. my ears were ringing
and i couldnt see anything. all i could see was dark colors.
after it came bettter, i went into the bathroom and pulled the tampon
out immediately. i read the paper that was in the tampon box
and it said something about TSS - Toxic Shock Something...
it said the symptoms of this disease were 102 degrees fever or more,
vomiting, dhiarrea (sp), some other stuff, fainting & nearly fainting.
it said that you could die from this disease & i got scared.
i am not going to use tampons for a while..
i think its cause i barely ate for the past days while i had my ma'i
and because i'm sick, but yeeeh..
